The Florida Department of Health in Levy County strives to make services available to as many people as possible based on our available resources. Eligibility and or fees for services vary by program.
We accept BlueCross and Blue Shield, Medicare, Avmed, and Medicaid Managed Care Plans including Staywell, Prestige, and Sunshine. We accept the following Medicaid Managed Care Plans for children:
